Description

Not sure if anyone has logged or looked into this, but when using GPT models before I updated, everything worked well. Now I'm finding its always stuck on thinking. Open code zen models work, but I'd like to keep using GPT models.

I've uninstalled the updated version and reinstalled the older one, on which it's working again as it was when I started. So I'll just not update it I guess?

I stuck on any error case like out of quota or server busy, too many request, all stuck on thinking according to my observation.

Still reproducing on latest version via mobile web (Chrome, Android). Using claude-opus-4-6 with max variant.

After the response appears fully rendered, the "Thinking" indicator stays visible indefinitely. No error shown in the UI. Happens frequently — not just on tool-heavy conversations. Requires page refresh to clear the stuck state.

Would be great if the UI had a timeout fallback that exits the thinking state if no new stream data arrives for N seconds.
