   This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

   • [Bug] All sessions are gone #2987: All sessions disappeared (similar symptom of multiple sessions going missing)
   • Session gone missing after opencode collapse. #8661: Session gone missing (session loss after an event)

   Also, it would help maintainers greatly if you could fill in the following fields:

   • OpenCode version (run opencode --version)
   • Operating System
   • Steps to reproduce (or any actions taken around the time sessions disappeared, such as updating)

   This additional context will help track down the root cause.
