High disk writes and memory spike during long opencode sessions on macOS #14876
During long opencode sessions on macOS, I see unusually hi.gh disk write activity and memory spikes.
At peak, Activity Monitor showed disk write speed around 750 MB/s and memory usage spike around 20 GB.
After that, swap became very active and the machine got laggy and hot.
Expected: disk writes and memory usage should stay stable during normal long sessions.
Actual: high write pressure + memory spike + heavy swap.
Please advise whether this is expected, and whether there are recommended low-write / low-memory settings (logging, cache, persistence frequency).
