Feature hasn't been suggested before.

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Currently it's a little difficult to validate that all plugins are up to date, as the UI prints version specifiers (e.g. plugin@*) rather than resolved versions (e.g. plugin@1.0.0).

Ideally both the status dialog in the TUI and the status popover in the desktop app should print resolved plugin versions.
