input_undo and input_redo keybindings do not work #16282

Description
The docs at https://opencode.ai/docs/keybinds/ show ctrl+- for input_undo and ctrl+. for input_redo, but nothing happens when I try these shortcuts. I've not modified any of my keybindings. For comparison, Claude Code has the same shortcut by default and works as expected.
This issue was reported 3 weeks ago in #13787 but seems to have been automatically closed.
