Web mode crash when session diffs payload is non-array

Bug

In web mode, session/review UI can crash with TypeError: e.diffs.map is not a function when payload fields like summary.diffs are not arrays.

Impact

session pages and review panes can hard-crash at render time
stale CDN chunks make emergency recovery difficult in self-hosted environments

Proposed fix

normalize all diff entrypoints with Array.isArray guards before rendering
add optional OPENCODE_APP_DIST local asset override in server fallback route so operators can serve patched bundles during CDN propagation windows

Repro

Start web mode
Open a session where summary.diffs is null/object/non-array
Observe .map runtime crash in session/review components
