Opencode suddenly looses session and memory

Hi there,

This is pretty severe.

Starting yesterday and also today opencode suddenly looses session and memory. The session files get wiped, only [] left. Workaround seems to be digging through folders and sqlite database for traces of memory, but this probably requires attention.

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

Windows Desktop loses all session history after restart, but sessions still exist in opencode.db #17765: Windows Desktop loses all session history after restart (sessions still exist in DB but don't load)
Old sessions cannot be loaded #16878: Old sessions cannot be loaded / session list is empty
session not found #12885: Session not found — session appears in list but is permanently inaccessible

If your issue is distinct (e.g. the session files are literally being overwritten with [] rather than just failing to load), please add reproduction steps and version info to help differentiate it.
