Indicator if an LSP is 'on' for a language? #2121

Description

@static-var

I have added a custom LSP for Kotlin.
Is there a way I can verify if it is running?
It would be nice if there was an indicator which tells me if the LSP is 'on' for a particular language (an indicator at the bottom would be nice, around current agent name maybe?)

Here is my lsp section in opencode.json

  ...existing config
  "lsp": {
    "kotlin": {
      "command": ["kotlin-lsp", "--stdio"],
      "extensions": [".kt"]
    }
  },
  ...more config

    Yeah we should definitely do this, this has been brought up a few times.

    Is there any way to debug this without an indicator right now? Running this will not work:

    check <file> for any lsp errors - is it a valid Ruby file?

    @Overload119 are you asking how to debug ruby lsp issues?

    Maybe try:

    opencode run "make a ruby file w/ errors" --model <some model u have" --print-logs

    then look for any mention of ruby-lsp in those logs
