Desktop App - Workspace path encoding issue causes session loading failure #23100

Bug Description

Desktop app fails to load sessions with the following errors:

1. ZodError: Invalid string: must start with "wrk" - workspace ID validation failure
2. Unknown workspace adaptor: directory failed - workspace type not recognized
3. Session not found failed - session cannot be loaded

Environment

• OpenCode Version: 1.4.7 (Desktop)
• OS: macOS
• Plugin: None

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open OpenCode Desktop app
2. Try to load historical sessions or click "Load more"
3. Session list does not update, still shows only ~5 sessions
4. Some sessions cannot be deleted or edited

Expected Behavior

• All historical sessions should appear in sidebar
• User can load more sessions
• Can normally delete and edit all sessions

Actual Behavior

• Only ~5 sessions visible
• "Load more" button has no response
• Some sessions cannot be deleted
• Error logs show workspace path validation failure

Data Status

• SQLite database session table contains 61 sessions (including 10 business sessions)
• workspace table has been updated with wrk_* prefix IDs
• But Desktop app UI cannot properly load these sessions
