Windows WSL/Jetbrains Goland scrolling bug

Hiya! Love this software, so thank you for taking the time to make it.

I looked through existing issues as well as the pinned Windows support issue but I don't think I found the bug that I have.

Environment: windows 11 enterprise, Jetbrains Goland Classic IDE, WSL

Whenever I scroll up or down, the input box starts showing me my previous messages, and then when I start scrolling down after the last message, it starts inputting characters that sometimes won't stop. My mouse has the option to scroll for longer automatically, and I think that ends up blocking it with a lot of input.

the tui is being rewritten in a new tui library (opentui) I anticipate issues like this to be resolved by that
