[Bug] Auto-approve permissions toggle resets to OFF after restart #27487

Bug Description

The "Auto-approve permissions" toggle in OpenCode Desktop General settings does not persist. After turning it ON, the setting reverts to OFF upon app restart or when opening a different workspace.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open OpenCode Desktop
2. Go to Settings → General
3. Turn ON "Auto-approve permissions" (権限を自動承認する)
4. Quit and restart the app, or switch to another workspace
5. Return to Settings → General
6. The toggle is back to OFF

Environment

• OpenCode Desktop v1.14.50
• macOS (Apple Silicon)
• Settings file location: ~/Library/Application Support/ai.opencode.desktop/default.dat

Technical Details

I inspected the settings file default.dat and found that settings.v3 contains:

"permissions":{"autoApprove":false}

This value remains false even after toggling the setting ON in the UI. The UI change does not appear to be persisted to the settings file, or it is being overwritten on the next read.

Workaround

Manually editing default.dat to set "autoApprove":true works temporarily, but the setting may revert again if the underlying bug is not fixed.

Expected Behavior

The toggle state should be persisted across app restarts and workspace switches.
