Unusable scrambled TUI

Reproduce

This is unusable, I tried this both in bash and sh.
I'm running Kubuntu 25.04 plucky puffin

I think this is specific to Konsole and maybe a handful other other terminal emulators

Out of curiosity, what terminal works best with opencode right now? @rekram1-node

I mean for me almost all of mine work great, I primarily use ghostty but the zed integrated terminal is fine too

The tui is getting rewritten in opentui and It may behave better across more emulators than before
