Custom slash commands don't seem to work in 0.11.8. Downgrading to 0.11.4 seems to fix the issue.

Reproduction

mkdir -p ~/.config/opencode/command
echo "write a haiku about cats" > ~/.config/opencode/command/meow.md
opencode

# ... then try /meow, it won't be there
