OpenCode Blacked reports insufficient balance despite available subscription usage #28394
I have an OpenCode Blacked subscription. After going over a limit and ending up with a negative pay-as-you-go balance, I kept getting an insufficient balance error even though I still appeared to have available usage from my Blacked plan.
Expected behavior: if Black subscription usage is available, Zen requests should use the subscription allowance and should not be blocked by a negative pay-as-you-go balance.
Actual behavior: the request is rejected with an insufficient balance error.
I'd be happy to submit a PR myself if y'all agree with the expected behavior I laid out.

Steps to reproduce
Use a workspace with an active OpenCode Black subscription.
Have a negative pay-as-you-go balance.
Confirm the Black subscription still shows available usage.
Send a request to a paid Zen model.
Observe an insufficient balance error instead of using the available Black subscription usage.
