/undo only rolls back conversation, not file changes — Windows OpenCode Desktop v1.15.11 #29522
Describe the bug /undo command only removes the AI conversation message from chat history, but does NOT revert the actual file changes made by the AI. Files remain modified in the workspace.
To Reproduce
Open OpenCode Desktop v1.15.11 on Windows
Ask the AI to modify a file (e.g., add a function)
Let the AI apply the changes
Type /undo in chat
Observe: conversation message disappears, but the file changes remain
Expected behavior /undo should restore the file to its state before the AI's modification (roll back the file changes), not just hide the chat message.
Additional context
Existing issue #5474 (reported Dec 2025) describes the same behavior for the CLI version. This confirms the bug also affects the Windows Desktop build. The issue is still open and appears unresolved.
If your issue is covered by one of the above, please consider closing this one and adding any new context (such as Windows-specific reproduction) to the existing thread.
