[Feature]: Show session list in TUI sidebar

背景

TUI 用户在长项目开发中往往会积累大量历史会话。目前 /sessions（ctrl+x l）虽然可以列出当前项目的会话，但只在弹窗中显示且需要关键字过滤；用户无法一眼看到所有历史会话的概览。

建议

在 TUI 左侧增加一个会话列表侧边栏，类似桌面端已实现的 session sidebar：

显示当前项目（或全部项目）的会话列表
每行显示：标题 + 时间 + 状态指示（当前/已完成/已分享）
支持上下键选择、回车切换
支持快捷键切换显示/隐藏（例如 ctrl+x b）
可选：右键或快捷键支持删除、分享、归档等操作

价值

不打断工作流就能切换会话
对长程任务更友好
与桌面端体验保持一致

替代方案

如果 TUI 横向空间不足，也可以是底部 dock 栏或顶部 tab 栏，但侧边栏体验最好。
