[FEATURE]: Support pasting images from clipboard in TUI and Web UI

I have verified this feature I'm about to request hasn't been suggested before.

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Other AI chat apps (Gemini, ChatGPT) support Ctrl+V / Cmd+V to paste
images directly from clipboard. Opencode TUI and Web UI currently only
support drag-and-drop of image files. This is a major UX gap.

Request: Add clipboard paste support for images in both TUI and Web UI
so users can screenshot and paste directly without saving to a file first.
