It looks like these got commented out in the code recently. Is there a reason?

Using up/down no longer cycles through message history.

cc @adamdotdevin as the git blame shows you commenting it out a couple days ago

    Feel free to reject this but I just made a PR that simply un-comments the HistoryPreviousCommand and HistoryNextCommand keybindings to work for now. Not sure if there were other reasons for removing these so again, feel free to reject :)
