    @ppaschedag

    I am experiencing the same issue. I have a repo cloned multiple times. To D:\Repos\Project and D:\Repos\Project-2. In Open code I now only see the Project pointing to "D:\Repos\Project-2" when i use open project to open "D:\Repos\Project" it will just swap to "D:\Repos\Project-2" instead.
    2 weeks ago this still worked fine in opencode.

    Same issue for me on Linux - making it harder to compare multiple models implementing the same plan on the same project

    @MrMushrooooom , is this up for grabs? i’d be happy to fix it and add a regression test

    Closing as a duplicate of #29869, which tracks the desktop app treating two directories of the same Git repository as one project. Please add your details there.
