Make max width of the chat TUI configurable #368
Description
I think allowing the chat UI to grow larger than the current hard limit for max width should be configurable.
This would improve readability for larger displays, especially when displaying diff outputs from the edit tool.
This option could be disabled by default to preserve the current aesthetic but should be included for users who prefer the extra space.

Agreed, feels so narrow coming from claude code and gemini cli... enough so that I dug through settings and gave up to look for this issue.
