Title: Opencode Go — constant disconnects, 6–8 retries per session, unusable for 2 weeks #36857
Title: Opencode Go — constant disconnects, 6–8 retries per session, unusable for 2 weeks
Body:
I've been subscribed to Opencode Go for about half a month, and I've only used 20% of my quota — not because I don't need it, but because I literally can't use it.
Every single conversation disconnects. It takes 6 to 8 retries before a message goes through. Most of my time is spent watching "reconnecting" instead of actually coding. I'm paying for time and quota, but all the time is wasted on this bug.
This is a paid service. It should be at least usable. Can you please look into this or provide some explanation?
Environment:
Windows 11
Opencode Go subscription
Happens consistently, every session
Thanks for updating the issue! It now includes a clear description, environment details, and a screen recording. We've removed the compliance flag and will look into the disconnection issue.
The connection is never completely down — it always recovers after retries. But each and every message requires 6 to 8 retries on average before it goes through.
Here's what I know:
OpenCode Desktop latest version (auto-updated)
Windows 11
Error: "Cannot connect to API: Connect Timeout Error (opencode.ai:443)" requiring 4-6 retries per message
I can't say it has happened to me. Maybe it's an ISP blocking issue? what happens if you use a VPN? Are you behind the great firewall? This sounds like how the great firewall works
I'm behind the great firewall, but I use a proxy that can visit google smoothly. I also meet the issue.

Closing as a duplicate of #36889, which tracks frequent disconnects and outages on the OpenCode Go endpoint (zen/go/v1). Please add the times, region/network setup and error messages there.
