Desktop app on macOS 1.18.1: session history inaccessible, slash commands broken, Plan/Build toggle disappeared in new layout #37025

Environment
- OpenCode Desktop: v1.18.1
- OS: macOS (Darwin)
- Install method: Homebrew
Issues
1. No way to browse session history via UI
The desktop app provides no clickable menu, button, or sidebar to view past sessions. Users must fall back to CLI (opencode session list) to see or switch sessions.
2. Slash commands not recognized
Typing /sessions, /help, or other documented slash commands in the chat input box shows "no matching command" and does nothing.
3. Keyboard shortcuts don't work on macOS
Documented shortcuts use Ctrl leader key (e.g., Ctrl+X l), but on macOS neither Ctrl nor Cmd leader key variants respond. macOS uses Cmd as the primary modifier.
4. Plan/Build mode toggle disappeared in new layout
After upgrading to 1.18.1, the Plan/Build mode toggle button at the bottom-left corner is no longer visible in the new layout. Switching back to the old layout restores it. The new layout needs a clearly visible mode toggle.

The agent toggle is now default off, you need to turn it back on through the settings. As OpenCode old user like you, I'm also struggling for few minutes after updating to v1.18.1 because some of the default settings has changed

Yes, thanks, I've already fixed it. I just wanted to be able to switch between Plan/Build in the new layout.
