Pressing Esc when a modal pane (Ctrl-p, etc) is open will interrupt the LLM #3921

If I press Ctrl-p and then press Esc (to dismiss the modal pane), the LLM quits with "The operation was aborted."

Steps to reproduce
- Start an LLM task.
- While it is still running, press
Ctrl-p - While it is still running, press
Esc
Note that pane was dismissed, but:
The operation was aborted.

A double escape would be much safer to cancel any operations. I've hit the escape multiple times by accident since I have mapped the caps lock to escape and control keys.

i think we fixed this issue but will bring back double escape seperately
