Deepseek V4 Flash fails on all tasks #39219

Description

The model seems to find the information for the prompt and then immediately terminate. This problem did not occur before I updated Opencode.

Steps to reproduce

Select Deepseek V4 Flash from Opencode
Write any prompt for an existing repository
Model terminates before creating any response or edit any file.
