No toast notification shown after successful auto-upgrade #4154

Description

When OpenCode automatically upgrades to a new version in the background, no toast notification is displayed to inform the user that the upgrade was successful.

Current Behavior

• OpenCode silently upgrades in the background
• No visual feedback is shown to the user
• User is unaware that the version has changed

Expected Behavior

A toast notification should appear showing:

• Success message indicating upgrade completed
• New version number

1.0.51

Steps to reproduce

1. Install an older version: opencode upgrade 1.0.50
2. Start OpenCode TUI: opencode
3. Wait for 30-60 seconds (background upgrade should trigger automatically)
4. Close the terminal
5. Run opencode --version to verify version changed to 1.0.51
6. Issue: No toast notification was shown during the upgrade
