[BUG]: DeepSeek V4 Flash Free model disappeared from model list #41708

Description

The free DeepSeek V4 Flash model (deepseek-v4-flash-free) is no longer showing up in the model selector (/models). It was available previously but has vanished from the list in recent versions.

Expected behavior

The deepseek-v4-flash-free model should appear in the free models list, as it did before.

Actual behavior

The model is completely missing from the model selector. Searching for "deepseek" or "flash" yields no results for the free variant.

Environment

• OpenCode version: v1.18.x (recent)
• Platform: macOS
• Installation method: npm / brew

Additional context

This is not the first time free models have been silently removed from OpenCode. Previously GLM-4.7 and MiniMax M2.1 were removed without mention in release notes (see #10180). If free models are being changed or rotated, it would be helpful to:

1. Communicate this clearly in release notes
2. Provide notice before removal
3. Explain why a model was removed (pricing, policy, etc.)

Many users rely on the free model for personal projects and learning. Sudden removal without notice is disruptive.
