tui: question dialog "Type your own answer" input ignores Cmd+V paste #43241
In the question/selection dialog (the one where you pick from options or "Type your own answer"), the free-text "Type your own answer" input does not accept pasted text via Cmd+V. Pasting works fine in the main prompt input, so this appears specific to the question dialog's text entry.
Trigger a flow that shows the question dialog with selectable options and a "Type your own answer" free-text entry (e.g. the built-in question tool from a skill/agent).
Focus/select "Type your own answer" and type — typing works.
Attempt to paste text with Cmd+V.
Nothing is pasted into the field.
Expected Behavior
Cmd+V should paste the clipboard contents into the "Type your own answer" text input, same as it does in the main prompt input.
Actual Behavior
Nothing is pasted. Typed input works, but pasted input is ignored.
Additional Context
Reproducible: consistently (every time).
Paste works normally in other TUI inputs, including the main prompt, so the issue is specific to the question dialog's own-answer field.
Terminal: Warp — but since paste works elsewhere in the TUI, this looks like the dialog input not handling the paste keybinding/event rather than a terminal issue.
Addressed by #43526. The standard V2 TUI question form now owns the configured clipboard-paste action while an answer is displayed, reads and normalizes text from the clipboard, opens the custom-answer row when needed, and inserts at the active editor cursor. The regression drives the configured paste shortcut with real clipboard content, and live PTY verification covers the same interaction. Closing as resolved on the v2 branch.
