[FEATURE]: Hability to authenticate and reload MCPs without leaving a session

I have installed the Cloudflare mcps with the official prompt from Cloudflare, the thing is I had to do the following steps:

instal de mcps then leave open code and open it again
copy the command from the info toast explaining how to authenticate the mcp opencode mcp XXX auth
leave open code again and run the command
come back to open code to finally see the mcp listed and authenticated

can we please have all these steps in the /mcps dialog with shortcuts ? r: reload i: authenticate
