Description

Seems to happen semi regularly. I will swap to Neovim for editing my prompt. Maybe copy paste a long stack trace/error message, then save and quite the temporary file. On returning to the TUI prompt, the TUI crashes. Here's an example of what it looks like:

 Build claude-sonnet-4.5

┃
┃ Downloading SAST results for Project...
┃ Error downloading results for Project: object of t/usr/include/c++/13/array:202: reference std::array<unsigned long, 16>::operator [_Tp = unsigned long, _N
m = 16]: Assertion '__n < this->size()' failed.
fish: Job 1, 'opencode' terminated by signal SIGABRT (Abort)

The Opencode error message starts at "obect of t..."

This behavior started after the migration to the OpenTUI.

I'm using Ubuntu on WSL2, Neovim 0.12.0, fish 3.3.1 and Opencode 1.0.85

OpenCode version

1.0.85
