[UI] Right sidebar (project files) hidden on "New Session" screen before sending first prompt #47406

Description
Summary
The right sidebar containing project files is not displayed when initiating a "New Session". It only becomes visible after sending the session's first message.
Expected Behavior
The right sidebar with the project file tree should be visible immediately when a "New Session" screen opens, prior to sending any message.
Current Behavior
The right sidebar is hidden when a new session starts. Validating and sending the first message is required for the sidebar to appear.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a project in OpenCode.
- Click on New Session.
- Notice that the right sidebar displaying project files is missing.
- Send a message to start the session.
- The right sidebar appears.
Context / Impact
Prevents users from browsing files or using drag-and-drop to attach relevant project files into the initial prompt.
