files changes in sidebar not showing up when instance has many worktree subdirs #4752
I might be hallucinating, but I recall an earlier version showed file changes in the sidebar. I found this to be a very helpful feature, wondering if it is deprecated or coming back in future updates.
Oh yes, I'm working in a workspace of git worktrees. Would that cause an issue?
I'm using this to create multi-repo workspaces of worktrees. https://github.com/coplane/par
Opencode gets spawned at the top, so it can operate/get context across multiple-repos. This works very well, in general. However, since I usually have a tmux session for each one of these workspaces, it is really useful to see the file changes in the sidebar when hopping between tmux sessions as the agents are working to quickly identify what has changed.
Is this fixed? because i still facing this issue, the modified file section is disapear, previosly is work fine. I don't use worktree, just a simple git
My sidebar is by default hidden on my 2nd laptop, works fine on one laptop, I have to toggle it every time, don't know how to change the default to show the sidebar.

hm I haven't played with that but yeah I bet it's relevant to the issue...
Are you spawning opencode above all the worktrees instead of in one?
I use worktrees but I always spawn opencode in one rather than above them

Yes, I often create multi-repo workspaces with this utility, par. The directory structure looks like this:
backend
backend/SOF-24/
backend/SOF-24/[backend codebase]
frontend
frontend/SOF-24/
frontend/SOF-24/[frontend codebase]

this is still an apparent error :( both multigit folder and singular ones.
