OpenCode Go paid subscription not activated — DeepSeek models require Global region #49184

Closed as not planned

Description

@chuthaiduong-413

Description

I paid $10 for an OpenCode Go monthly subscription on Sep 11, 2026 (receipt #1623-7821), but the Go page still shows “Subscribe to Go”.

My Go API key is active and /zen/go/v1/models works. The listed DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, V4 Pro, and V4 Flash models are returned correctly.

However, requests to these models fail with:

This Go model requires Global regions. Select Global in your workspace's Privacy settings to use it.

There is no Privacy/Global region setting available in my workspace UI.

I already contacted help@anoma.ly and contact@anoma.ly.

Could you please check whether my OpenCode Go subscription/entitlement was correctly activated for my workspace?

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry this didn't get a reply sooner.

    We don't handle billing, account or usage-limit support in GitHub issues. The app only shows the error the OpenCode service returns, and the reason for a limit or a billing problem can only be checked in the service's own records. Please email help@anoma.ly about this. If you've already emailed that address, please reply in the same thread with anything new.

    Please keep payment details, email addresses and account information out of this public issue and put them only in the email. We'd suggest editing this issue to remove any you've shared here.

    Closing this issue, since support will continue over email.
