Output from agent is frequently hidden #4990

Description
Quite often the output from the agent is hidden. Most of the time I see the progress indicator, but not always. When the output is hidden, if I hit escape to interrupt it, the output shows all of a sudden.
I unfortunately don't have a way to reproduce this, it just happens. It happens many times a day though, and has happened over at least the last 10 versions.

Any chance this is only happening when you come back to opencode after not interacting with tui for a while?

It's very likely that that is the issue.

Okay yeah I think there is some bug related to staleness and it causes a bunch of weird bugs like this.
We have been looking into it, hope to solve it soon
