[FEATURE REQUEST]: Redact credential values in opencode debug config #50915
Description
Found during an automated acceptance campaign (2026-09-23, opencode 1.18.30 via Homebrew).
Behaviour. opencode debug config renders the resolved configuration including provider blocks with API keys in plaintext. Users run debug commands in shared terminals, screen recordings, pair sessions, and — increasingly — inside AI-agent transcripts, where the output is captured verbatim. Our harness explicitly avoids printing secrets, and this surface defeated that by accident; a user eyeballing their config through debug has no indication the output is not redacted like most CLIs' debug/dump surfaces.
Request. Redact credential values in opencode debug config output (e.g. sk-…abcd style), with an explicit opt-in flag (--reveal-secrets) for the rare case someone genuinely needs the raw value. Most config-debugging use cases never need the secret itself, only its presence and shape.
No keys are included in this report. Happy to test a fix against 1.18.30.
