   This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

   • #41820: GitHub Copilot OAuth succeeds and credentials are listed, but opencode models github-copilot returns the same Provider not found: github-copilot error.
   • #34644: GitHub Copilot is not registered and models are unavailable after OAuth; it reports the same provider-not-found error on Windows for a Student-plan account.

Please upgrade (opencode upgrade --major, details: https://anoma.ly/notes/opencode-2-0), and if this is still relevant on 2.0, reopen this issue or open a new one with your 2.0 version.
