Was using Google Gemini 2.5 Pro from provider, at some point during the session after editing a few files, the model repeatedly started outputting the same sentence, check shared session below:

    I get same thing with Gemini in opencode (and in Windsurf too)
    It could be a Gemini problem:
    google-gemini/cookbook#220
    GoogleCloudPlatform/generative-ai#461
