Switching branches causes visual artifacts in TUI #5824

Description

Switching branches mid-session causes visual defects to appear in the TUI.

Since opencode sessions can often transit between many different branches, this frequently causes defects to appear (for example, by the time my "merge these 24 branches" custom slash command is done, there's quite a mess leftover).

OpenCode version

HEAD of dev at time of posting this Issue.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start opencode.
  2. Use a shell command to switch branches(either in opencode's shell mode, a separate terminal window, or ask the model to do it, doesn't matter).
  3. Observe the appearance of visual defects.

@rekram1-node Hmmm... I'll try nuking all the various bun caches and see if that makes any differences, maybe something's gotten mixed up somewhere.
