[BUG] Skill loading returns "[object Promise]" instead of actual skill list #6018

Description
When trying to use any skill with the skill command, the system returns an error message: "Skill '' not found. Available skills: [object Promise]" instead of loading the available skills.
OpenCode version
v1.0.190
Steps to reproduce
- Create skills in .opencode/skills/ directory with proper SKILL.md files
- Try to use any skill: skill skill-creator
- Observe error: "Skill 'skill-creator' not found. Available skills: [object Promise]"
