Is it possible to make the width of the sidebar configurable? #6087
Picking this up. Prior attempts: #5504 (keybind approach, maintainer suggested mouse instead) and #5917 (mouse-drag, got thumbs-up from the team but went stale and auto-closed after 60 days).
Reimplementing cleanly on current dev - the codebase has drifted too much since Dec 2025 for a rebase - but keeping @agustif's design from #5917 (draggable handle, width persisted in kv, clamped, 1px handle) and crediting him on the commit. Draft PR incoming; will mention both issues there.
There have been 2 PRs in the past to try to fix it and there are still related issues with proposals on how to fix it, so clearly this issue is still relevant to users and contributors. Maybe the no activity detection should be updated to consider other events like references from other issues and PRs, not just comments.

Would also love to see this feature implemented, on wide screen the main chat is way too wide and the bar is way too narrow.

To stay organized issues are automatically closed after 60 days of no activity. If the issue is still relevant please open a new one.

Well if you don't work on them there won't be activity. You can't just auto close them

only @kitlangton making a proper PR + Video ASMR on the other app can save this
