Just my $0.02 - I want to specify @latest for a plugin, but I want to be able to intentially update instead of having updates be applied automatically. As a user, I would like to stay on the latest version of a given plugin, but I want to have control over when that update happens (especially on major version changes). Ideally, OpenCode would tell me as a user that there are pending changes for plugins, and also potentially give me a link to those version diffs so that I can review / apply them myself.

you can just do @latest and the plugin will auto update, for example

Ah hm, would be good to document that better then in the plugins page
