[FEATURE]: add "/plugins" commands to discover Plugins, MCPs, and Skills (like Claude Code) #7716

Feature hasn't been suggested before.

Describe the enhancement you want to request
Claude Code does have a slash command to open a plugin marketplace where you can easily download MCPs, plugins, Skills, and more right from the Claude Code TUI.
This is super useful since it makes the discoverability of useful plugins and MCPs, etc. much easier and much more streamlined.
