[FEATURE]: Ollama - Multiple Ollama Cloud Models are missing

I have verified this feature I'm about to request hasn't been suggested before.

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Multiple Ollama Cloud Models are missing (e.g. GLM-4.7, rnj-1, etc.).
Instead of a static list, OpenCode could just retrieve the available models by using the (local) API (or a similar logic to ollama ls | grep cloud).

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

Ollama Cloud Models #6582: Ollama Cloud Models - discusses the same problem of missing/outdated Ollama Cloud models and suggests retrieving them dynamically from the API instead of using a static list
