Same here on Windows. v1.1.15 is completely stuck on initialization. I found that it incorrectly creates a reserved system file named nul in the installation directory, which deadlocks the process. Downgrading to v1.1.14 fixed it immediately for me. Hope this helps with the investigation.

Remove the oh my opencode plugin and it should be fixed, that plugin is causing hangs for some people

That undeletable nul file on Windows seems to be a problem not only at initialization so I created #13369.
