   I have the issue on my windows 10 pc in Visual studio code integrated terminal.
   Issue not present on windows 11 pc also with vsc terminal. On windows 11 i can mouse scroll without problems.
   Both install are the same with opencode 1.4.3 and vsc 1.118. Maybe Windows version has a specific impact.
