arrow-rs/parquet 54.0.0 was released 3 weeks ago: https://crates.io/crates/arrow/54.0.0
Since DataFusion depends on arrow, downstream consumers can not upgrade to the latest arrow until datafusion upgrades too
Several people have asked out this so filing a ticket to track it
