Interacting with a placeholder on iOS causes page to scroll #3085

On iOS, clicking any of the keyboard buttons that inserts a placeholder causes the page to scroll down. This also appears to occur when selecting a placeholder (although I'm not quite sure about the circumstances). Here's a video of this occurring in the XCode simulator:

I realize this is a pain to test, so let me know if there's anything I can help with in this regard.
