numpad - not triggering \pm rule

Typing +- on the normal physical keyboard produces \pm output. But using the numpad it does not.

This appears to just be a typo in src/ui/events/utils.ts where it says "NumpadSubstract" instead of NumpadSubtract. Have tested such a change locally and it seems to work.
