Update browser-actions/setup-chrome to run using node24.
Why is this needed?
GitHub has deprecated the use of node20 and will force runners to use node24 beginning on Mar 4, 2026 - see Deprecation of Node 20 on GitHub Actions runners.
The latest release browser-actions/setup-chrome@v2.1.0 shows

Are you planning to continue to maintain this repo? The deadline for migration to
node24is in 6 week's time already. It could be that the action will continue to work. It would still be better though to do a controlled migration if possible. Will you be able to do this?browser-actions/setup-chrometonode24version cypress-io/github-action#1570fix: bump runtime node version (#643)
