feat(homepage): darker background with brighter items and other misc. changes

the changes:

• the theme to have a darker background with brighter items to better match original theme
• the api error color to be red
• the border on the search bar to not be the accent color
• adds regexp("https?://homepage\..*")
• service names are not highlighted with accent colors when hovered to better match the original theme
• fixed search bar icon not themed
