feature request: not-yet-valid cert #558

This doesn't sound practical to maintain.
A value within 48 hours of the certificate signing operation.
Even if a CA was willing to sign this, they'd basically have to do it every day.
I also can't imagine that this is a particularly common UX use case, even with clock skew.
Would be nice to have a "not yet valid" cert as one of the served badssl's
